One of these is leftover from tonight’s dinner a One of these is leftover from tonight’s dinner and the other 4 are a sheet pan dinner which I put in the oven after dinner. 5 meals ready 👊 Now I’ll finish up about an hour of work before the day is through, but it was worth it to prep for the rest of a busy week before the sun went down. ☀️
What can you do to set yourself up for health the rest of the week?
Kale Salad Monday. 🌿 If you are back at work-do Kale Salad Monday. 🌿
If you are back at work-don’t forget to prep your lunch!
If you WFM -don’t forget to prep your lunch!! A questionable cheese stick, the leftover bag of chip crumbs, fruit snacks and another cup of coffee does not help you reach your goals. (Lessons I keep having to learn the hard way. 🤦‍♀️)
Nothing like a fresh batch! Pickled onions and jal Nothing like a fresh batch! Pickled onions and jalapeños are two of my favorites, so easy and elevate every dish! Radishes, carrots, and cauliflower are other favs to pickle. Well, and Chile’s of course. These guys make me happy and get better with age. What’s your favorite kind of pickled veggie?!
